Our parts for the electronic industry have many different applications. These include traveling wave tubes, radiation shielding, ion guns, night-vision devices, CRT components, infrared sensors, power-tube parts, computer RF shielding and laser guidance components. We also offer complete engineering services, part design and development assistance and 3D Modeling.

Here we are beginning one of this year's most challenging jobs that started with our usual Stainless Steel that is almost Foil thin. Pictured are the transitional preshapes required to achieve this parts asymmetrical shape. This material is so thin that in every step we have to anneal the Stainless in order to make it malleable enough to accept it's next shape. This particular part created a number of challenges in its forming process as shown, but is now ready for final trimming and then its contents are installed.

UNUSUAL SHAPED COMPONENTS

Unusual shapes seem to be the result of component space restrictions. Parts like this sensor housing are almost a net fit which results in components all fitting into the prescribed limited spaces. Along with developing unusual shapes we additionally try to deliver a single part that incorporates the required tabs or attachments as part of a single piece, eliminating second operations or add on pieces.

COMMERCIAL PARTS - BUILT CORRECTLY

Aerospace to Commercial applications - we do it all.

Pictured are the unique steps taken by our extremely skilled craftsperson's here at Quick Draw.

Many of our customer's parts are an "In Stock Item" to rapidly fill the immediate needs of our customer's customer. After a new customer places their initial orders we track the part history and then forecast their ongoing needs in our order sheet. By doing to we are fully prepared to meet the new orders.

ELECTRONIC CRT PARTS - BUILT CORRECTLY

Critical Cathode Ray Tube components are still being manufactured for over forty years.

Pictured are the required steps that are taken to produce this part from thin stainless steel here at Quick Draw.

Many of our customer's have been with us for years, and even some from almost our beginning in 1953. We value each of our customers from the very small to the largest corporations, as we know our future and very existence is based on our performance for the best parts possible, and we strive to exceed their expectations.

CONNECTOR HOUSINGS

Electronic devices always seem to need a connector housing, and we're proud to deliver only the finest. We have the ability to develop the
processes that yield beautiful parts that work as well as they look.

Shown here are the fabrication steps of this particular part. Parts of this type are in your personal and commercial electronic units that fill our lives.

This is our second product of the month, as we enter our 54th year of operation, and after a remarkable and satisfy 2006 we are looking forward to continued new opportunities for the year to come.

Blank Scientific

ELECTRONICS

This aluminum cover is a component for one of the many electronic applications that Quick Draw supports. Pictured here are the many increments required to develop this part from flat stock.

Parts are checked at every phase of manufacturing to assure appropriate dimensions are achieved, so that the final product will meet the print requirements..

This type of part often requires secondary operations, ranging from painting or marking to anodizing or plating. Quick Draw provides a wide variety of secondary operations to meet the needs of our customers.
