Design and engineering capabilities of injection, compression, structural, foam and transfer plastic molds. Types include 5-axis horizontal machining centers and wire type EDM machining centers. EDM's can mill hard materials and can mold the hardest steels as well as eliminate the need for grinding and polishing processes. Here at Quick Draw we also manufacture plastic injection tools, in house 3D tool designs, insert tools, prototype tools and plastic prototypes.
