Welding is a fabrication or sculptural process that joins materials, usually metals or thermoplastics, by causing the materials to fuse together. This is often done by melting the work pieces and adding a filler material to form a pool of molten material (the weld pool) that cools to become a strong joint, with pressure sometimes used in conjunction with heat, or by itself, to produce the weld. Quick Draw has the ability to weld together most any materials to complete complex projects.

Quick Draw offers the finest welding services for medical implant devices, process control devices and other precision components. To perform these services our partners use laser-processing modules of the highest quality from standard setting companies. Quick Draw employs the use of E-Beam laser welding which is ideal for products that require low heat input, tiny weld beads or have inaccessible weld areas. In addition to laser welding we also have the capability to TIG, MIG and Spot weld as well as furnace brazing. Some of the materials being welded today are aluminum, stainless steel, kovar®, iconel®, titanium and more. In addition to our wide array of welding capabilities we also leak test our welds for those critical applications.
